Meeting Agenda
Venture Business Club meet weekly at Brooklands Sports Club/ LA Fitness in Whitehall Road, Sale 
We meet on Tuesday evenings and members and guests arrive at 6.30pm with the meeting commencing at 7:00pm. This provides an opportunity to network informally before starting and for everyone to refresh themselves on the complimentary food and drink.
Introduction
The meeting commences with a short address by the Chairman.
Business Introductions
Each member gives a short presentation to the rest of the group introducing their business activities and the sort of contacts they are looking for. Visitors are also given an opportunity to introduce themselves if they wish.
In order to provide variation some members highlight a different aspect of their business each week, in order to promote all areas of their business.
In depth Presentation
One member of the group will then give a more in-depth presentation on their business, which provides members with more insight into the products and services on offer.
Business Cards
A box of business cards from all members is passed around the table, allowing cards to be distributed to contacts outside the club.
Referral Passing
The most exciting part of the meeting and a measure of the clubs effectiveness - referrals are counted and a running total of combined turnover is announced.
And finally
The Chairman closes the meeting by summarising the weeks events and any forthcoming items - this usually occurs around 8.00pm, leaving plenty of time for more informal networking at the bar!
