VBC SUPPORT FOR LOCAL CHARITY  

A few weeks back, Venture Business Club members reached a decision to provide financial support throughout 2006, to a Charity located within the local community, STOCKDALES.  

STOCKDALES, based in Sale and Altrincham, provides care and accommodation for disabled children and young adults, within the North West.  'Having agreed to support a local charity, we drew up an appropriate short list and STOCKDALES won !

They undertake fantastic care work, involving heavy expenses, all without sufficient revenue and so we felt compelled to provide support, to this very worthy cause' remarked Gerald Freeman, the VBC co-ordinator. 'We have already commenced planning four major fund raising events and these include an 'Evening with Johnny Apples' and 'A Sponsored Abseiling Sunday' !
